Scouting Alumni Association: There’s no better time than now to reconnect with the alumni of your Pack, Troop, Crew, or Post.

These individuals—whether they were Scouts, leaders, or volunteers—help shape the rich history of your unit. Their past adventures, triumphs, and lessons learned become the stories that inspire today’s youth to embark on their own journeys. Alumni are more than just a part of your unit’s past; they are a bridge to its future, offering invaluable experience, wisdom, and support.

As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Conquistador Council, it’s only natural to reflect on those who came before us while also looking ahead to what’s next. Where would we be without the dedication of our alumni? The truth is, many former Scouts and Scouters are simply waiting for an invitation to return to the campfire. Whether they bring their time, talents, or treasures, their contributions can strengthen your unit in ways you may not have imagined. So reach out, reconnect, and welcome them back—because the legacy of Scouting lives on through those who continue to give back.
